We had a great winter vacation in a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath unit. The location worked really well, with lots of good restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The Jolly Trolly stops almost right outside, and during Spring break it's free and takes you to the middle of everything in Clearwater Beach.

We loved our honeymoon stay here last October, so we came back for a week of summer vacation with family and friends. It was clean and conveniently located for restaurants, shopping, the beach, and nightlife. Beach chairs, tents, coolers, and sand toys were provided. There was plenty of room for three families, and it was definitely affordable. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

I've been coming here with my family since 2013. We love that it's close to the beach, about a five-minute walk to the public beach. It has most things you need for the beach, and room 201 was very well supplied. Room 301 was okay, though a bit pricey for the same condo. This year we stayed in 403 and weren't as satisfied. There were only a few small beach towels and no beach supplies at all, so I had to buy everything. The place cost a lot, and I've never paid that much. Long story.

The beach is about an 8-minute walk, and there’s a little grocery store and a liquor store around 5 minutes away on foot. Shephard's has live music across the street, and Saltys is an easy walk for a meal. The place was very clean and well stocked, with 8 beach towels, 3 chairs for the beach, and a pool float. GREAT LOCATION. Suggestion: come to the Ara from the south.

We’ll definitely come back. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, and everything was very clean and nice for a great price. Beach access is about 7-8 minutes away, with several restaurants just a minute or two in either direction. There’s also a gas station across the street, maybe 40 yards from the entrance, and canal access for fishing.
