We only needed the car for groceries at Publix and the gym. Our beachfront condo at The Villas of Clearwater was a few minutes' walk, a couple of blocks north, from the busy area near the Sandpearl and traffic turnabout, where there are plenty of food options, shops, and nightlife. The beach was well maintained by the local authority, and water activities were available for rent just steps away. The condo was clean, fully equipped, and matched the website photos, so we only needed clothes and food. B&W Management was organized, proactive, and focused on customer satisfaction before, during, and after our stay. We rented through B&W Management and completely enjoyed the environment. I'm a Florida native, and my last Clearwater Beach visit was in 1983; the place has changed a lot. We may have more family and friends join next time, so we looked at larger three-bedroom options. The photos show the west, south, and north views from the condo. Thanks B&M for a great experience.

The ocean water was warm and very clear, with hardly any waves. A nice place to stay.

The pool was quiet and really nice, and the condo itself was very clean with updated appliances. They supplied beach towels, chairs, and toys. Each condo gets an assigned parking spot plus one extra guest spot. The staff gave clear directions on what to do and where to go, and went above and beyond. I'd recommend checking this place out!

The owners were quick to respond, even on the weekend, and accommodated everything we asked for. The room was actually cleaner and nicer than the listing suggested, and for once the photos really matched the place. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back. Kent R. Evergreen, CO

We loved this condo building so much that we returned for a second January and bought a unit. The ocean views are unbelievable, and the building is quiet, set away from the crowded areas but still an easy walk from the restaurants. The management company is fantastic. Mona helped us a lot and did everything she could to make our stay perfect.
