Royal North Beach All Suites

We’ve stayed here several times, both before and after the 2024 hurricanes, and we love the hotel. Frank, the office manager, is awesome and very helpful. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Frank, the Property Manager, was accommodating whenever we needed things like towels, and the pool was perfect. This little mom-and-pop hotel was super clean and remodeled. Royal North Beach has beautiful sand and clear water, with plenty of room for swimming, sunbathing, or beach games. It’s well maintained and felt safe, and the staff and lifeguards were attentive. There are scenic views and easy access, making it a relaxing seaside spot for families, friends, or solo visitors looking to spend quality time by the ocean.

The bed and mattress were awful, and the bathroom was dirty. The sink was clogged, so we had to ask for help, and we had to request clean sheets, towels, and a blanket because everything provided was dirty. No room cleaning was offered during our three-night stay, and the floors and tables were already unclean when we arrived. There weren’t even any cleaning tissues. The room also had a long list of maintenance problems, including the windows, blinds, and a broken AC. It felt like the place was years overdue for upkeep, maybe 5-10 years. I wish I could give a negative rating. The positive reviews may be from people connected to the owner, job well done. Even one star feels generous.
