This place is a no-go, and the cheapest rate still isn't worth it. I'm injured and non-weight-bearing, using a knee scooter, and asked for the easiest way into my room, which was two doors from the desk. The desk person told me to use an entrance with steps. I couldn't tell if he didn't know his own hotel or was getting a laugh at my expense, but it felt like the latter. Two hours later, that same person let someone sit in a car in the lot with music so loud people a state away could hear it, and did nothing. This is the worst.

I stayed twice, a week apart, and both rooms were very clean. They also accept pets. But the pet poop bag dispenser had been empty for over a week. At check-in last night, Maria specifically said breakfast would be open until 10, but it closed at 9. It's a small mistake, but we paid for breakfast and didn't get it.

A good overnight stop between Kansas City and Minneapolis. Pets are welcome, Wi-Fi is available, and you can use your own Netflix on the TV. The lobby coffee machines are open all the time, and breakfast has a good variety.

Everything else was absolutely perfect: the hotel was very clean and quiet, easy to get to, and the staff made everything simple. My only issue was the bed and pillows, though my back and spine problems probably contributed as much as they did.
