The premium suite was spacious, with a separate bedroom, fridge, and microwave, and the breakfast was the best part. They served real bacon and had turkey sausage, which I appreciated. But the room smelled as if dogs had recently been there and didn't seem thoroughly sanitized. Staff refused to move me to another suite of the same level. One heating unit was broken, and one of the TV remotes hadn't been programmed.

Luna took care of us as both server and bartender, and made sure we had everything we needed. She was especially helpful with our two little girls, who just wanted bottles with half water and apple juice. Best experience, five stars.

The rooms were clean, but that's about the only good thing from this trip. One elevator was out, the AC didn't work in one of our rooms, and there was just one towel in our room. They said one of the washing machines was broken, and there were no towels at the pool either. To top it off, we had no hot water. We checked out and drove the three hours home instead of staying overnight.

Getting there was easy, and the location was wonderful. The rooms were spotless and cozy, which made us feel comfortable and cared for right away. Everyone on staff was lovely, polite, smiling, and keen to welcome us. We had a really nice stay and would be happy to return!

The woman at the front desk on Christmas Eve made our stay. My wife and I arrived around 4:15 p.m., and from the start she made us feel welcome and special. We never got her name, but she was such a delight. We hope she had a wonderful Christmas.
