The Litchfield Inn, Bw Premier Collection

The Garden Room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we wanted for our two-night birthday celebration. The hotel is lovely, with decor that's beautiful and airy while still feeling cozy. The staff were kind, helpful, and professional. It's centrally located near Litchfield's main stopping points. They're adding a pool, which should be perfect for summer. My partner and I were very pleased, and we'll be back!

When I visit my kids during the school year, The Litchfield Inn has become like a second home. As a Forman/TAFT parent, I'm in Litchfield often and honestly can't picture staying anywhere else. After a long drive, I can count on a clean, comfortable, welcoming place. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out and cozy without feeling cramped, so I can relax, catch up on work, or spend quality time with my kids when they can visit. The staff are genuinely kind and accommodating. After a few stays they recognize you, and that familiarity feels comforting when I'm away from home so often. It's in a peaceful spot that's close to both campuses, which works well for school visits and busy parents' weekends or drop-offs. Staying here has become part of my routine, and something I look forward to. It turns a trip that could feel rushed and stressful into a calm, enjoyable one.

The room was simple but cozy, and the bed was comfortable. We were there in winter, so we didn't use anything outdoors, though an on-site walking trail would be welcome. The breakfast and service staff were amazing. We liked the snacks and drinks, the comfortable common spaces with fireplaces, and the board games all around. It's within driving distance of Litchfield and Bantam. Really lovely inn, and I'd recommend it.

I came to The Litchfield Inn in December with my mom and sister for a weekend getaway. We're from Florida, so it was freezing outside, but the Inn felt warm and homey as soon as we walked in, like being wrapped in a cozy blanket. We wanted a Christmasy girls' trip, and the decor and atmosphere checked every box: lit fireplaces, moody lighting, Christmas decorations, plus complimentary snacks and warm drinks. Everything felt so thoughtfully put together. They clearly understand the sort of vibe guests want here. I hope to come back with my whole family someday.
