The front desk team made the weekend easy, pointing us toward good local restaurants, helping us plan a hike, and showing us how to walk to a concert at Art Park. My boyfriend and I found the Riverside Motel charming from the moment we arrived. Our room was compact, but the comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, quality toiletries, and cute retro décor made it feel just right. It’s modest, but clean, welcoming, and a good value for the price. We’re already thinking about coming back.

Jill, the property manager, was so friendly and quick to answer our questions. The room was simple, clean, cozy, and rustic, and we could walk to lots of places nearby. Really enjoyed staying here and would come back.

Jill really made us feel welcome. We called to ask for something during our stay, and she was friendly and came to help right away. The cabin size gave us plenty of room to relax with friends, and everything was clean and well kept. The Lewiston Motel is also close to lots of restaurants and things to do. We had a great overnight stay.

The property manager was warm and helpful, and gave us local restaurant suggestions. My husband also enjoyed fishing nearby. We had a relaxing time at this cozy, quaint place and would stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and checking in by ourselves was easy. Checkout was another story. At 10:40 AM, with the 11:00 AM checkout time still ahead, a woman who said her name was Sue knocked to ask if we were still there. We knew when we had to leave and were getting ready, but she stayed near the room and made us feel hurried and uncomfortable. We left at about 10:50 AM. When I went back to ask her name, she was already inside our room, using the bathroom with the door open. I mentioned it, and she raised her voice to say, “Yes, I have to pee.” I found that rude and unprofessional. The interaction spoiled what had otherwise been a very good stay. Guests should be given the remaining time before checkout, and staff should behave more professionally.
