8th Floor Penthouse, Walk to Clearwater Beach

The spacious condo gave three mature couples plenty of room, especially out on the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location and views were perfect, and the pool, hot tub, and cabana items made for a great beach day. We hope to rent this unit again and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Pat was wonderful and recommended plenty of places nearby. We walked to the beach every day, and sunset restaurants were literally a two-minute walk away. The condo had room for our growing teenage boys and the rest of our active family, with places to dine in or out. The locker was handy for the beach cart and cooler. I spent every morning with coffee on the beautiful patio, watching spectacular sunrises. We played Sequence at the dining table each night and enjoyed wine outside. For our summer vacation before the kids head off to school, it had what we wanted: a clean place to sleep well and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. We'll be back!

The balcony was a highlight: we watched dolphins each morning, saw a manatee, and caught the sunrise. Food, shopping, and the beach were all within walking distance, which was great after our 18-hour drive to Clearwater since we didn't want to get back in the car until heading home. We spent seven days in this beautiful, very clean condo with our family of seven: three adults, two teenagers, one preteen, and a four-year-old. It had everything we needed and felt like home. The beach was an easy walk, and beach chairs and sand toys were provided. Patricia and Steve were awesome. They called the next morning to check that everything met our expectations, answer questions, and see if we needed anything. They said to call anytime, no matter the hour. It was our first trip to Clearwater, Florida, and they helped make it perfect. Thank you, Patricia and Steve. We'll be back!

Our first Clearwater visit was amazing. We loved relaxing on the balcony of this beautiful, spacious bay-side condo and watching dolphins and manatees. Our son went fishing in the bay every day. We'll definitely come back for more family vacations here.
