Cabana Condo Heated Pool, Steps to the Beach!

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and I thought the boho chic decor was cute. I stayed a couple of days with my 8-month-old, and we loved it. The pool is small and laid-back, and it’s a short walk to the beach and about 20 minutes on foot to the strip and pier. Lots is close by, but the neighborhood still feels quiet. Check-in was easy, service was amazing, and they had a pack and play ready for us when we arrived. The hotel was stocked with everything we needed. There was a lot of construction, and it was hard to find at first, so bigger signs would help. Overall, 10/10. I'd love to stay again!

I booked through my Chase travel points, but when I arrived the motel was completely vacant, under construction, and had a “Keep Out” sign. I hadn't seen any indication of this on its social media or website. I'll contact Chase and the motel for a full refund and hope there aren't any issues.

No star rating feels low enough for this place. The positive reviews must be AI. Some rooms had no doors, the toilets were outside, and the pool was disgusting. Room numbers were handwritten on scraps of paper and taped to a few doors.

The concierge was excellent and responsive, and the location is great, with everything, including the beach, within walking distance. The pool area was nice, and the rooms were renovated and clean, though small. There could be more places to hang wet towels, especially pool towels. We ended up putting ours over the outdoor railing by the pool. As others have said, the locks were a nuisance, so we just used the key from the lockbox throughout our stay. The morning coffee was a nice touch. Real mugs and real milk would be better for guests and the environment.
