The spotless grounds and rooms, along with genuinely helpful staff, made this four day visit from Toronto feel like finding a hidden gem. It’s a quiet boutique style hotel, an easy walk from the marina, Clearwater Beach, and plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. The staff really seemed to care about making our stay a good one, and the prices were much lower than I expected for this kind of place. We’ll be back next year. Janice and Jean took such good care of my family, and everyone working here was kind and really attentive to our stay. Devon Shores felt brand new and was super clean. The beach is just a two minute walk away, with great restaurants and bars also easy to reach on foot. We couldn’t have picked a better place.

We loved having a balcony and a roomy, comfortable space for a long girls weekend that didn’t cost too much. The staff were kind and accommodating, and we could walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. We liked Coco’s, Shephard’s, Sandbar, and Crabby’s. There are two pools, one with more shade and one that gets more sun. I’d recommend it and would come back.

Ashley at the front desk turned our stay around after a string of travel problems with flights, the rental, and our first hotel. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and get us accommodated. A very nice manager was there too and upgraded our room, though I can’t remember his name. We had a luxurious, comfortable stay and can’t wait to return. We’ve already been telling friends and family this is a great place to stay in Clearwater.

We stayed in June 2025 and had a nice time. I know it’s called a hotel, though the layout seemed more like a motel to me. There were bugs on the bed in our first room, but not bed bugs, and they moved us to another room. The safe was broken, so they gave us a key to operate it manually, which was fine. They comped a night for the trouble, which was very nice. It’s a short walk to the beach, there are two nice medium to small pools, and parking is included. I’d definitely return.
