Parker Manor Resort

We were on the third floor, and while the stairs might be a problem for some, they didn't bother us. The short walk to the beach was easy, and we felt very safe. The pool was clean and beautiful, and having parking was a bonus. Anna and Lea were great hosts. The two-bedroom suite worked well for us with teens. It had a bright, open, homey feel and an awesome view. We even watched dolphins meander by in the canal. Bonus, bonus!

I came for a friend's wedding and had an awesome two-night stay. The price was unbeatable for the quality of the resort and its amenities. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure we had what we needed for a relaxing visit. From the warm welcome to the immaculate accommodations, breathtaking views, and pool, it was a great experience. I'd highly recommend Parker Manor Resort for a vacation in Clearwater Beach.

The place was very quiet and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, but I was still extremely disappointed. The apartment was bare, with no hand soap in the kitchen, a broken toilet paper holder, a bedroom ceiling fan that didn't work, and a bathroom sink that barely drained. It smelled strongly of smoke. The host did DoorDash some air freshener, but it didn't change how disappointed I was, especially after seeing all the glowing reviews that had raised my expectations.

We stayed in one of the smaller side units owned by Parker Manor. The room was bare, though mostly clean, except for the bathroom and windows. It had a bed, but very little else and nowhere to store much. There was a small closet and no dresser, which isn't enough for a longer stay. None of the window slats worked, and there was no view. The bathroom was nasty. The tub looked repainted, but the paint was chipping, and it drained slowly with grey stuff coming back up. We were told it might be sand, but it was never fixed. There was no hot water in the bathroom at first, though the host did get that repaired.
