Shops and restaurants are right across the street, so there’s no need to go anywhere else. And the sunsets are awesome every day. Great place.

Those sunsets are amazing, and they’re the only reason I’d give this place two stars instead of one. The lobby has carpet on the lower half of the walls and peeling wallpaper above it. My husband and I have lived here for two years, and had to work with other owners and renters to get leaks repaired. We also had a horrible waterbug problem that nobody did anything about. The property manager doesn’t fix residents’ problems, keeps her own hours, and responds to situations by putting notices all over the building. Security guards pick on some people and let others slide. And the nosy neighbors on our floor keep pulling our laundry out of the washer, even though they could use another floor. Find someplace else.

You can walk straight out to the beach, and Clearwater Beach and the Shops at Sand Key are both easy to get to. There are open views over the Gulf of Mexico, too. It’s one of the older high-rise condos on the North End Of Sand Key, so the exterior looks a little dated. Access is floor by floor, there’s elevator service, and a 24-hour guard. Guest parking is generous.

Good restaurants are across the street at The Shops at Sand Key. The beach views are great, and the place is away from the tourist crowds.
