The location was handy, just a short drive to the beach and Gulf Blvd, with restaurants and Walmart nearby. The pool is tiny and packed every day, so there's barely room. Since every unit is privately owned, decor and cleanliness depend on the owner, and the units can be hit or miss. The floors and walls are wood, so you hear people above and below. It gets very noisy inside when neighbors are loud.

Publix, Dollar Tree and Popeyes are close enough to walk to. The Avalon itself felt like a cozy home, with spacious rooms that were still snug and comfortable. The beach is a short drive away, and the sun, sand and sea breeze made the stay feel special. It's a warm little retreat in Clearwater, and I was glad to have it as a place to unwind.

We had everything we needed in the apartment, including what we needed for the beach. I spent a week there on Airbnb with Vlad Agri and would definitely recommend it. A superb place, ten stars from me!

The complex was very secure, friendly and clean, and the accommodations were above average. It has an outdoor pool and a gym, too. The water is about a 12-minute drive away, and this was a nice base for enjoying the Clearwater area.

My condo was spacious, very clean and didn't feel dated. I felt safe and comfortable, and would gladly stay again. The grounds were well kept, parking was available right up front whenever I returned, and the property was easy to get around. The gates stay open in the daytime and close at night for security. It's convenient for shopping, Gulf to Bay Blvd and other places. I was in town for appointments, and the stay was quiet apart from the landscapers. One issue: I was on the third floor, and the outside stair light there wasn't working, so it was quite dark. There's no elevator for anyone who needs one.
