Tropical Palm

I felt welcomed and well taken care of at Tropical Palms Hotel. The reception staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and thorough when explaining how everything worked. They resolved any questions or concerns right away. Housekeeping was excellent too, and kept the hotel clean and comfortable throughout my stay.

The room at Tropical Palms Hotel was beautiful and spotless, even with the hotel still under renovation. My husband and I had spent hours searching for an affordable weekend getaway, and booking here turned out to be the best decision. Check-in wasn't until 4 pm, but they let us in about 15 minutes early. The television didn't work when we tried it, so we went to the front desk and maintenance came right away to fix it. We'd book here again if we're in the area and would highly recommend it.

From the outside, the place looked a little sketchy, but that's because of the remodeling work. I followed my GPS, so I can't really say how convenient the location is. Inside, I found a delightful young woman at reception who seemed genuinely excited about her job. My room was amazing, apparently just remodeled and updated a lot. Tile floors, modern blinds, a built-in TV around 55 inches with all your favorite streaming apps, a new bathroom, and more. I can't get over how great the room is. It'll still look nice in ten years.

Brittany Jaquan and Anton were great at the front desk. Anton went way above and beyond to refund me through booking.com after the dates got mixed up. I loved the hotel: large windows, great decor, a cool vibe, and an awesome pool area. The rooms were clean and simple. I'd 100% stay again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. Definitely a 10++++++++++! I can't say enough about Anton :)
