I've been here for two months, and the water has been shut off for days at a time. There are bed bugs, the drugs and our AC don't work, and they don't want to fix it. What is going on with this place? Please don't get a room here. You'd be paying to stay with bed bugs and no water, and you'll get sick. If you do book, check the beds for bugs and ask about the water being cut off all the time.
The new management team seems like good people and is working hard to improve conditions and make life better for the people living there. Jason is kind and understanding, and he's got a lot on his plate trying to make the place livable again. Give them another try, people. You might be pleasantly surprised.
The maintenance man and groundskeeper threatened my wife and headed her. They put garbage on our door's machine at all on our door, and when we went to the manager, she said she didn't see it. She said she wasn't going to do anything, and blamed us for putting trash in a trash can. They want to start a problem. She said she couldn't fire on Chris because she didn't have enough workers, even though they don't do their jobs. I won't recommend staying there at all.
The low price was hard to beat, so I stayed a few nights despite some of the comments that had me worried. Nothing really bothered me. The place is a little dated, but not in a Bates Motel sort of way. The front desk woman was polite during a room check and seemed to be keeping an eye on things, which felt reassuring. I didn't see bugs, and it was quiet and calm most of the time.
Yoga at the front desk was really nice, and we enjoyed our stay. You can tell the place has been updated. I'd recommend it.
