The air conditioner took ages to cool the room and was so loud I couldn't sleep. I also felt the room hadn't been cleaned well, so I went out and bought a new Keurig to make sure I had a safe, clean cup of coffee. Check your room before using anything. I checked mine with a black light.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with a fitness room, a decent breakfast, and coffee available around the clock. Staff were friendly, and the location was good, next to a steak place. Prices were reasonable. Recommend!

We stayed two nights for a work trip, and the rooms were very clean. Michelle and the rest of the staff were phenomenal, doing a lot to accommodate us. It made for a really enjoyable stay, and I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place in the Cleveland area.

Getting to I-75 was easy, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk was polite, and both the rooms and breakfast areas were clean in a nicely maintained hotel. We'll keep choosing this place when we're in Cleveland.

Even though my room was by the elevators, I heard more traffic from the road than noise from the lifts or hallway. The room has been pretty good. A walk-in shower with glass doors would be nicer than the standard bathtub. Breakfast could be better, though the prep area limits what they can make. Improving the food itself seems like a simple place to start.
