The room was acceptable, check-in was quick, and the rates are decent. There's truck parking and plenty of places to eat nearby. The dated property could use a renovation, and the musty green carpet made the room feel dirty. The shower had good hot pressure, though the weak toilet struggled to flush every time. Around 9 p.m., some strange guy walked down the hall knocking on three or four doors with a cardboard box. I didn't open mine, and nothing else happened that night. Maybe it was a one-off, who knows. It's a roadside motel, so keep valuables out of sight and don't go barefoot. I've stayed in better and worse places. I'd come back if I needed to. YMMV.

That bed left me with back pain, which isn't something I usually deal with. The room was filthy, with crusty stuff on the walls and black mold over the shower. It looked like people were living there. A blinking light on the phone kept me awake, and when I called the front desk, they said they couldn't fix it and told me to cover it with something. I had to sleep with a towel over the red light right beside the bed. Very uncomfortable.

Roaches all over the hall, ceiling, and rooms. The rooms smelled like cigarettes, and there were cigarette burns in the sheets, mattress, and pillows. They still charge $100 a night. Super 8 by Wyndham Cleveland is nasty, disgusting, and dirty. I won't stay there again.

We booked three nights for a wedding but left as soon as we saw our room. The carpet was disgusting, the air reeked of cigarettes, and there were stains all over the ceiling. A nice guy at the front desk refunded us. My family members weren't as lucky, since he wasn't there when they asked and they had to deal with the owner. Beware.

The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, even when we had to switch one of our drivers to a different room. She got it sorted right away without showing any attitude. If you're driving a truck, there's parking at the back.
