University Circle Bed and Breakfast

The location is excellent for visiting the museums, and there are lovely, spacious common areas. I stayed in room 4, which had a nice balcony, but there were no drawers, so I had to keep everything in my suitcase. With four guest rooms sharing one nice bathroom and, I think, no A/C, I couldn't give it more than four stars.

We hadn’t been to Cleveland before and weren’t sure what to see or where to eat, but Gary and Toni gave us suggestions that were all excellent. They also made us feel at home right away when my husband and I arrived. It was my first bed-and-breakfast stay, and I’d been a little nervous. The house is clean, well cared for, and nicely decorated. Our room was spacious, with a private bathroom and enough closet space. Best of all, Toni made and served a delicious breakfast with so much care. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We chose this bed and breakfast for its convenient spot near the Cleveland Museum of Art, botanical garden, and natural history museum. It was clean, and breakfast was good. The room was fine, but there was only one towel for my husband and me; we found another in the hall closet. The bathroom had plenty of toilet paper, though none was on the holder. I usually pick a B&B for the chance to talk with the hosts, but the woman who greeted us didn’t know much about the museums or the area. She processed our card and left, which made us feel like an afterthought. We might come back because the location suited our plans.

The house is lovely, the bed is comfortable, and breakfast is delicious. Gary and Toni make you feel at home, and the location works perfectly for the Wade Oval attractions, including the museums, Case, and the Garden. We’ve been before, and I’m sure we’ll return.
