It was a great, quiet place to stay. The owner was very helpful when I asked. Thanks for having us!

The food is great, and the gizzards are the best at the lake. I loved Go Chicken Go, so that's saying something. Bartender "Sandy" is excellent, and the owners are so outgoing they make you want to give them your business. Keep it up!

We ordered drinks and food, then asked for a second round of drinks, but that order never got put in. The bartender was great, and the owner was nice. Still, we waited over an hour while people around us were getting their food, and I started to wonder what was going on.

The staff seemed completely disorganized. I had to remind the waitstaff three or four times about the silverware, drinks, and check, and it took an hour to get a mediocre wrap. I'd rather eat anywhere else on the lake.

I only needed to ask about rates and vacancies because we were stranded, but the response was rude. I was told that was really random and asked why I would even call about that. Thanks for the hospitality 🙄. These reviews must have been written by people they know.
