The smell of weed filled our room all night because someone was smoking in the stairwell. Bugs were everywhere, in the hallway and room, including baby roaches and gnats. The bathroom was filthy too: dirty toilet, hair in the sink, toothpaste on the counter, and a disgusting microwave. There were dead bugs on the floor, no fresh cups or soap, and the toilet paper wasn't on its holder. This place was dirty and not customer friendly.

We came back after spending the day with friends and found our door open. The desk attendant called us liars and wouldn't even discuss it. They also called us troublemakers when we complained about the dirty rooms. We had to switch between two rooms, and the linens in both were visibly filthy and covered in hair. After paying over $500 for several nights, I thought clean sheets and decent service were fair to expect. I was wrong. Don't stay in this dump.

Old mattresses and broken equipment were piled in the hall by the stairwell, and the drapes smelled like smoke. In our room, it smelled of urine and looked unvacuumed. The tub was dirty, the dusty bathroom door wouldn't close, and some bulbs were burnt out. One key card didn't work, the towel bar fell off, and dirty sheets had been stuffed in the closet. I'll sleep in my car before staying at this chain again. Way to give the competition a leg up.

The room was spacious, clean, and fresh, and I slept well on the bed. The pillows usually bother me, but these were fine. Still, we were in a non-smoking room and a strong smoke smell hit us in the middle of the night. I don't know if it came from downstairs or nearby rooms, but it was strong enough that I hid under the sheets, and my clothes smelled of it. There was no breakfast, coffee, juice, or anything. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
