The rooftop bar and pool area is beautiful, and we had a delicious breakfast downstairs with friendly, attentive service. The pool is small and only 2.5' deep, so they call it a "water lounge." Our room was small too, but the little details were nice and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at this brand new Hyatt and would definitely return.

The hotel had a clean, luxury scent as soon as we walked in, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and laid out well, with a nice-sized bathroom. We were there Friday-Sunday for the Nate Jackson comedy show, and the rooftop views were stunning. The weather was perfect, so we regretted not bringing swimwear. The rooftop bartenders knew their drinks, and every one we tried was on point. Everyone from the front desk to valet was welcoming, professional, and efficient. Valet was especially smooth, and we never waited long for our car. We had an amazing time and would stay here again. Highly recommend this beautiful, well-run Chattanooga hotel.

Chelsea was so kind and took care of whatever we needed. All the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and our room was clean and nice. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and walking around the fun area nearby. It was our first stay here, and we’ll be back!

Chelsea was kind and very accommodating, and the service was friendly. I’ve wanted a Hyatt in Chattanooga for ages, and this one lived up to what I hoped for. It’s centrally located, has a nice rooftop lounge, and our quiet room felt similar to other Caption properties I’ve stayed at. I’ll be back.

The pool turned my daughter’s and her friend’s hair bright green. The manager said the hotel would cover a salon treatment, then went back on that promise. Boo! Don’t swim here, and don’t stay here.
