Fairfield Inn & Suites

The suite had enough space for me, my husband, our two teenagers, and our one-year-old, but the room was still only okay. The sleeper sofa had a stain, and the carpet seemed questionable, which bothered me with a crawling baby. The bathroom felt icky, and the shampoo and conditioner were so thin that I wondered if they’d been watered down. Staff weren’t very friendly either. Breakfast had limited choices and wasn’t good, though there was a warm buffet and brown bananas. The elevators were slow. For $200, I expected more from a Marriott property. Another hotel that starts with an H was much nicer and cleaner for less. I wouldn’t return unless it was our only option.

The breakfast was great, especially the bacon, which was cooked just right. My room was clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I was very pleased with the stay and would come back.

When I visit family, I’ve stayed here several times over the years. It’s always been clean, and the staff are consistently friendly. Being near the interstate makes it easy to explore, and there are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Thanks to Blake for helping me this morning. Everyone here seems friendly, professional, and happy to be working at this location. They also answered my messages through the app, which many hotels ignore, and were prompt and informative, sharing everything I needed. They made the stay really enjoyable.
