The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and I was impressed by the room, especially since my company had booked it and I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was clean, with everything working, a comfortable bed, and a very hot shower with good pressure. Even the smoke detector worked, going off when I got out of the shower. The only disappointment was that there was no bathroom exhaust fan or heater. For the price, though, I was very happy. It’s an older motel, but it has been remodeled and is great value for the money.

We didn’t stay and got our money refunded. The room we were assigned was disgusting, with filthy stains on the curtains, chairs, bedding, and carpet. The curtain rods were broken, so the curtains wouldn’t close. The tub and shower were dirty and stained, and the vanity was broken and nasty. The lobby was dirty too, and the receptionist was ill mannered despite assuring us that the rooms were clean. I won’t rely on the Ramada name as a sign of a clean, comfortable place to stay again.

The staff at the desk were kind when I asked to switch rooms, but the replacement smelled like stale smoke too and had bugs. I counted at least five on the bathroom floor, and there may have been more in the dark carpet. Dead bugs were scattered around the property as well, on the sidewalks outside rooms and near the office. I left and found somewhere else to stay. The front desk person was very nice, but the hotel has a serious cleanliness and bug problem.

After I showed the manager a photo of the bed bug, he refunded me quickly, though at first he argued that the hotel didn't have bed bugs. We left for another hotel across the road and paid more, but it was worth it. I'd found urine stains on the sheets, cigarette burns on the bedding, and the room was dirty. Wyndham should be ashamed to be associated with this hotel. Do not stay here.
