My check-in started with a booking error from a third-party service, the sort of mess that can make a trip stressful fast. Arvin stayed patient, explained what was happening, and worked through it with me until things were sorted. He even advocated for me where he didn’t have to, and never made me feel like a nuisance. His calm, thoughtful help turned the whole situation around. By the time I got into the hotel, I felt relieved and welcomed instead of frazzled. Arvin made a real difference to the start of my stay, and I hope management recognizes how well he represents the hotel.

I booked a room late on Friday and the first one had a big wet patch in the middle of the bed. The front desk didn't seem interested when we asked for help. In the replacement room, stink bugs were crawling around. We reported that in the morning, but the staff didn't seem concerned and gave us a card for a manager who'd be back in a few days. I never got the refund, either. The only person who was even somewhat helpful worked for corporate, not the hotel. I won't stay at a Best Western again. 0/5 stars.

Affordable, with a great hot breakfast every day. The pool and hot tub were good, the bed was soft, and the staff were great. I absolutely love this hotel!

The rooms put us off right away. The first had stains all over the couch and wall, plus food residue everywhere. We asked the front desk for another room and got one, but it was in much the same shape. We returned the key cards and left without completing our stay. Even checking in had been uncomfortable because the desk person made a strange comment to my partner and me. A disappointing visit.

There was a winter storm, so I wish the manager had shown a little sympathy. I understand that policies are policies, but that doesn't excuse yelling at the Priceline representatives or being a jerk. We'll stay somewhere else next time.
