From the top floor, we had a great view and easy beach access. The layout was spacious, with three bedrooms and a futon tucked into the alcove, so it could sleep eight. The pool was tiny.

I’ve stayed at 3800 Ocean Beach more than five times, and family have joined me there for weddings, baby showers, and simple getaways. It’s a great spot for a family trip, a romantic break, or an event. Ocean Realty does an incredible job managing the property, and it’s beyond clean. That ocean view is hard to beat.

There was room for all 13 of us in the townhouse, seven adults and six kids ranging from six weeks to ten years old. It was spacious, clean, and recently updated. The private wooden boardwalk makes the beach an easy 100-yard walk, and restaurants, piers, and local attractions are close by. Cocoa Beach was a first for me, but it won’t be my last visit.

We really enjoyed our condo stay and left it as clean as we found it. Still, the deposit we were promised never came back, and it’s been almost two years.
