The fire pits, corn hole, bocce ball, and life-size jenga were a great bonus. There are at least two boardwalks straight to the beach, and the hotel is right by the pier. The pool beside the Blue Flip Flop bar was clean and heated, and Ms. Judy at the bar was amazing, with top-notch customer service. Our room was clean too. We were still in it in the morning, so housekeeping came later to make the beds and bring fresh towels. The service was superb, and I’ll absolutely be back!

The staff made us feel so comfortable, words can’t explain how friendly and courteous they were. We had one roach in the room, not an infestation, and after we reported it they moved us right away. The room was very clean. Great spot for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants, and it works well if you have a cruise.

Todd and Keith welcomed us right from the start and suggested great places to eat and visit, which made our short stay feel full and meaningful. We booked the Best Western while on our way to Miami and had never been to Cocoa Beach, so we weren’t sure what to expect. We’re glad we picked this hotel. If we travel this way again, we’d be happy to stay here.

We were here for 11 nights with a large group and were treated very well. The hotel and location were great, and the free breakfast had lots of good options that changed from time to time. One suggestion for management: please check the bar seating in room 1302. The stools are too high for the counter, and it’s hard to fit in there at all.

The complex is older and spread out, but you can get to the beach, pool, and bar easily. There are two pools, and the suites worked well for kids. The King rooms were very nice, though a bit small, as some reviews say. We had a nice pool and a very comfortable King bed, clean with a good mattress. The cotton sheets and bed cover didn’t make us hot, or at least I’d guess they were 100% cotton. Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee stood out compared with most hotels. They served good Folgers with real creamer. So far, we’ve had a very good experience.
