Customer service was good, but the room was dirty. There was a big gap under the front door leading outside, and trash around the grounds. The towels looked like they’d been used to clean a car.

I visited motel 5 several times while someone I know was staying there for 6 weeks. The room was awful. Water leaked under the bathroom sink into a bucket, and the water in the bucket smelled disgusting. They never even tried to repair it during my friend’s stay. The bathroom door was coming off its hinges too. The advertised wifi wasn’t available, and the pool was closed for no clear reason. When we asked, all we were told was that it was closed indefinitely. This place is a dump.

I had to clean the room myself, and the trip was awful. There was no laundry room, so I had to hand-wash my clothes, and I never saw a housekeeper. The room was nasty, with bugs, dirty sheets and towels, and a filthy floor. There was hair all over the bathroom, the microwave was broken, and the lock on the front door didn’t work. There was no free coffee either. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was horrible, and I’m never coming back. The room smelled like cigarettes, the shower curtain had mold, and the tub was dirty. The toilet bowl had yellow stains too. When I arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged and full of filthy water, with a 5gallons underneath to catch water coming out of the sink.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was one of the cleanest I’ve had at a motel 6. Other rooms I’ve stayed in were about 90% clean. This one had a microwave and mini fridge. It was quiet compared with other locations, and I liked having a convenient store and braums right next door. There’s room for improvement, though: two lights didn’t work, and the toilet moved.
