For the price we paid, this place did the job for us. The view is spectacular, and from the huge fourth-floor deck we watched a launch from Cape Canaveral. The unit was very clean, had no bugs at all, all the appliances worked well, and there were plenty of dishes and utensils. The bed was comfortable too. If a few minor annoyances won’t bother you, it could suit you for the view and a comfortable bed. This review is specifically for Happy Palm Stays Unit 401. The unit has loose faucet fixtures, doors that don’t latch or lock, and dresser drawers that open by themselves. None of it is major, but it’s a bit of a headache. The building’s interior common areas and elevator need renovation or replacement, so I’d give those two stars. Happy Palm Stay doesn’t control that.
