We enjoyed breakfast in the conservatory, with the time arranged to suit us. It was excellent: fresh fruit and yogurt, warm egg bites, banana bread, and cinnamon rolls. Even the real cotton napkins added a thoughtful touch. The Magnolia Room had a huge bathroom with twin sinks and a large shower, quality bath products, and an exceptionally comfortable bed and bedding. Guests can help themselves to purified water, coffee all day, and tea or cappuccinos on demand, including with oat milk. The inn is in town, within walking distance of good restaurants such as Cafe Margaux, an upscale French restaurant. Christy and Bonny have restored this 125-year-old property beautifully after relocating it. The building and décor feel elegant and welcoming, more like a luxury boutique hotel than a traditional bed and breakfast. Bonny Belle, the general manager, gave us a warm welcome. We were there on the inn’s very first day open, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

We’ve already booked another visit for next year, we were so happy with our first bed and breakfast stay. The Parrish Grove Inn exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. It’s right in the heart of Cocoa Village, steps from shops, restaurants, and the riverfront, so we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The Magnolia Room was spacious, spotless, and cozy, with a luxurious king bed, turret sitting area, walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate vanity. This beautifully renovated Victorian house, built around 1901, still has plenty of character while offering modern comforts. I’d arranged to have flowers and a bottle of wine waiting in our room, which made for a lovely welcome. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and especially attentive. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and felt thoughtfully homemade.

The owner was incredibly friendly and clearly passionate, and the GM was efficient, attentive, and on top of things. Service felt seamless from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared, and really added to the stay. The newly refurbished bed and breakfast has beautifully designed rooms that are comfortable and practical, with care visible in the details. With a new owner, new staff, and refreshed look, the atmosphere feels warm, modern, and inviting while still being cozy and full of personality. A great start to the inn’s new chapter. I loved staying here and can’t wait to return.

The breakfast was stellar, and the whole house has such inviting energy that you just want to relax and stay longer. Each room is different, and the space feels both elegant and welcoming. It’s been thoughtfully appointed and would work beautifully for travel, a getaway, or all sorts of events. Kristi, the inn keeper, and Bonny Belle, the GM, were gracious hosts. What a treat. I can’t wait to come back and tell friends and family traveling to the space coast about it.

The inn is lovely, and we hope to stay again soon. We had to leave early, so we missed breakfast. Our room had lager and champagne on ice, cupcakes, and a personal note thanking us for our stay. The location is great for walking to Cocoa Village shops and restaurants, and there are good bars with live music nearby. You can hear them from the B&B, but the room had a white noise maker, which was a thoughtful touch. It helped with the thin walls, too. The inn has been remodeled impeccably, with gorgeous rooms, soft, comfortable bedding, and pillows. Sleeping there felt like a cloud, and even the linens smelled wonderful.
