I was by myself, a long way from home, and the staff’s kindness and compassion meant so much after my brother passed away. I’d just come from the hospice house and was exhausted, and embarrassed by my breakdown. They gave me a cozy, warm room with a couch and queen bed, plus a little area with a sink, microwave, and small fridge so I could bring and heat food. The room was great, and everyone was so friendly. I didn’t expect such a good experience. There’s shopping and places to eat nearby, too. I could go on and on. Thank you sincerely. If you want a great place to stay, this is it. I truly recommend them.

The people here make the whole hotel feel welcoming. They were some of the friendliest I’ve met, and the service was great. Breakfast wasn’t the best, so that’s why I’m at four stars, but the staff more than make up for it. We arrived early after calling ahead, and the woman greeted us like she’d known us for years and got us checked in easily. We dropped our things and went straight back out. When we got in around 2:30 a.m., I found the deadbolt didn’t work. I was probably not at my best when I went to tell the desk clerk we needed a different room. She apologized with a smile, said she’d check it soon, moved us to another room down the hall, and wished me good night. The next morning my waffle came out crumbly and stuck in the maker. The breakfast attendant saw it, told me to throw it away, apologized, and made me another one while we chatted. She also worked on figuring out what was wrong with the other waffle maker. Just good people. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

When I returned to the area this year, I knew where I wanted to stay. I’d been here last year for a family funeral, and Darla and Carrie were especially helpful this time. The place is clean and comfortable, with kind staff who leave you be unless you need something, then they’re glad to help. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. It isn’t fancy, but it’s pleasantly decorated, with a fridge, microwave, and good closet space. Convenient for food and shopping, including Walgreens, Walmart, gas, the post office, and more. Highly recommend, and I’ll be back.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice part of an easy check-in and a really enjoyable stay. The staff were super friendly, and the place was clean, safe, and conveniently located. Thanks for everything. I’ll definitely return.
