The hosts are super friendly, and it’s a safe place for the LGBTQ community. For the price, you get a cute private room with its own entrance, though the bathroom is in the main house through the kitchen. It has a lot of potential, and I’d love to see it succeed because affordable accommodations matter. It could get five stars from me with a thorough bathroom cleaning and a new bed. I hope the hosts take this kindly and put in the work to bring the place up to its potential. Best wishes, darling hosts.

We’ve stayed here twice, and both times were perfect. The host is very accommodating, helped us carry our bags, and brought fresh towels. The house was quiet, and our new son didn’t disturb anyone. Privacy and noise weren’t a concern. We’ll definitely book again soon.

I paid for a week but left after two days because the bathroom was unbearable. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the sink was bad too. If I’d seen pictures of them, I wouldn’t have booked. There are no refunds, so they kept the money I worked hard for, and I had to move to a weekly place with a clean bathroom. I couldn’t upload my own photos, but this room shouldn’t be listed if they aren’t willing to clean it. When I arrived, a bald man with a scruffy face answered the door wearing a nightgown and nails. That’s the world we live in, whatever. I’d been there less than an hour when he pointed out a tip jar in my room. It was weird and unprofessional, but I still left him a tip because he obviously needed it. Three men live here, and they don’t keep the AC on throughout the house, so it smelled strongly of sweat or their armpits. This was a nightmare and a waste of money. Take my advice and steer clear if you see this place. It’s not worth being horrified like I was.

I booked two nights. The hosts were friendly, but the place wasn’t really clean: the shower and bathroom faucet were filthy, and there was strange black dust in the bed sheets. The hosts feed a lot of stray cats around the house, and they get loud fighting at night. One was actually inside the house on the second night, and there was a strong smell of cat urine by my room door. Not pleasant. I know it’s only $40 a night, so it’ll do if you have no other choice, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
