Dream Inn

A comfortable room, everything arranged properly, and a peaceful, stress-free stay. The hotel is well maintained and the staff were polite. A nice choice if you want somewhere relaxing.

The location was the only good part. The hotel felt pretty basic, more like a motel, with no daily room service, dirty sheets, and lumpy pillows. I also left a piece of luggage behind. They had it, but never contacted me, so I only realized it was missing after I got to the airport.

The room had a dirty pool, visible rust, and an air conditioner that was badly rusted and extremely loud. But the biggest concern was the bathroom window, which looked like it had a “peep hole” that let someone outside see in while you showered. I asked to change rooms right after checking in and was denied. The owner said the film was only there to block the sun, not provide privacy, and that it would be “fine.” That didn’t address the safety concern. They only offered a move the next morning, when I was already getting ready to leave. Since I didn’t feel safe, I asked to pay just for the one night I stayed and get a refund for the unused nights. I’d returned based on a visit years ago, but the quality has seriously gone south, no pun intended. A very disappointing and uncomfortable stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I stayed in room 123 in April of 2026, breaking up a drive from Georgia to WPB. The beach was fine and I liked the hotel’s location, but the room was filthy, with bugs and sheets that hadn’t been changed. I slept on the comforter with a light left on so the bugs wouldn’t come out at night. I know you get what you pay for, but this place is a real dump. It could be a nice little hotel if it were maintained. I noticed someone else had written a similar review of room 123 a couple of weeks earlier. They slept in the bed itself, not on the comforter, so they had a worse experience.
