SandPoint Condominiums by Vacasa

The association is finishing some great updates, and the whole complex is one I’d gladly recommend. As a local Realtor, I especially appreciate working with Patty Abreu. She’s professional, very helpful, and keeps things running smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s so good at her job.

The grounds were nice and everything was clean. The strict rules probably do keep troublemakers away, though the place sometimes felt like it was being run by a middle school administrator, with notices posted everywhere. Parking was frustrating: even though there were plenty of spaces and my vehicle was registered, they didn’t see the placard in the middle of my dash. There’s also no one around on weekends to give you a parking placard. The building still has stilts supporting all the balconies. They don’t obstruct things too badly, and I wasn’t concerned, but anyone uneasy about buildings collapsing might not like seeing them. Under-18s can’t use the gym. Both my teenagers have gym memberships, but I understand the reasoning. Nice place overall, with a few annoyances.

We all enjoyed our stay as a family. The location was great, and the place was comfortable and well equipped. We’d definitely stay again.

The view was wonderful, and we had plenty of room in this unit. Almost everything we needed was within about 10 minutes, since it’s fairly central. This was one of the best vacation stays I’ve had, and we’ll be back.
