The double queen room was spacious, clean, and had a nice setup with a microwave, sinks, fridge, and plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff weren’t especially friendly, but at least they weren’t rude. It was quiet in the room despite how many people were there. The pool was super crowded, and we slept past breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. Construction on site made parking scarce, but I found a decent spot. I’d stay here again.

After a long drive from Seattle, my boyfriend and I didn’t get in until after midnight. Check-in had several unexpected issues, but Elizabeth at the front desk handled each one quickly and professionally. We were exhausted and traveling with a cat, which made the day more stressful, but thanks to her everything went smoothly. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast attendant the next morning was really sweet and attentive too.

We came to town because our daughter was having her first sleepover, and since home is about an hour away, my husband and I booked a room so we could be close if she needed us. The room was clean, and the front desk was friendly when we arrived. Later I found gum in the shower drain and called to make sure we wouldn’t be charged for it. Bissa understood and offered to comp the night. When I checked on that the next morning, Rhonda hadn’t heard about the offer. She checked with general manager Zack, then said it wasn’t their policy and they couldn’t honor it. She suggested we might get a discount on another night if we booked directly instead of through a third-party site. I was frustrated because I’d only called to report the problem, and it turned into a confusing exchange. We weren’t offered another room, and it was too late for maintenance to be on site. The staff seemed out of sync. I appreciated the clean room and the warm welcome, but the follow-up left us unsure about the stay. I hope communication and how these situations are handled improve.

The room towels could be softer, either with fabric softener or better quality towels. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Bissa at the front desk was personable and accommodating, and she warned us about parking lot construction, which helped since we were towing a trailer. The snack shack had good options, though some freezer items had frost on them and could use more frequent updating. From our second-floor room we could hear people above us, but it felt no different from apartment living.
