The room was spotless, and I loved the decor and the renovation. Check-in was so easy: they sent a door code, so there was no key or card to return and no need to see anyone. I also liked being across the way from a great coffee bistro.

The room was ready when we arrived, with the lights on and the heater set to 70 degrees. The employee helped us with the door code, checked that we had what we needed, and explained how to reach them. Wi-Fi was great, and despite being less than a quarter mile from the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet with the window open. I like smaller places where you can park right in front of your room, and this one suited us well. The older building has been nicely updated, with clean wood laminate floors, pleasant decor, and a small but beautifully designed bathroom. Our room had a queen bed that was on the soft side, a futon, a wingback chair, a microwave, and a mini fridge. There were two chairs on the balcony. It was a nice, quiet stay. We plan to come back the next time we have an event in Coeur d'Alene, and I'd recommend it to others.

It was such a calm, restful place to stay, and the lodge felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everyone was really helpful and accommodating while I was there. I'd happily come back for another peaceful visit.

The manager was so kind and helpful, and my room felt cozy. It was a great stay overall, especially for a place that's reasonably priced, well designed, and well kept.

Having beds in two separate rooms made all the difference for us. Our kid could go to sleep first, which you can't really do in a standard hotel room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the price impressed us. It's not right on the lake, but close to plenty of things.
