The room service was the best part. I enjoyed the delicious Cobb salad with chicken. The location is beautiful, and the lobby shops were cute, but the items there were very expensive. I was excited about the stay and paid close to $700 for a room, plus around $180 for a massage. The massage was 50 minutes at most and wasn't very good. The headrest on the table made me so uncomfortable I could barely breathe, and the woman wasn't very aware of what I needed or responsive. The room was mediocre at best and not worth the cost. Some kind of party right outside my room played loud music until 10 p.m. I don't mind paying more for high-end service, food, and items, but this was a miss. I'd like to see higher standards. At this time I wouldn't recommend it, since the prices don't match the room or services.

The staff were excellent and made my first overnight stay special. The concierge even helped when the heel of my shoe fell apart. I've visited before to walk the grounds and dine, and it's a wonderful place with top-notch customer service. It's also beautiful for a conference. I highly recommend the Lake Tower. Thank you all!

John, one of the managers, made our stay at The Coeur d’Alene Resort feel personal from check-in. He greeted us with genuine kindness and professionalism, and this beautiful lakeside place felt welcoming right away. Soon after we settled in, we ran into a minor but annoying room problem. John listened, apologized sincerely even though it wasn't a big deal, and got it fixed straightaway. We didn't have to wait around or hear excuses, and we were back to enjoying our vacation within minutes. His calm, can-do approach turned a possible frustration into a non-issue. He was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the trip, with spot-on suggestions for exploring the area and the best times for lake views. He even checked in the next day to make sure all was well. You can tell he cares about guests having a great experience, and his energy and attention to detail set the tone for the whole staff. If you book at CDA Resort, seek out John at the front desk. He's the reason we'll definitely return. Highly recommend this gem of a resort and especially this standout team member! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We were eight people, and the whole stay felt magical. My husband and I travel a lot around the US and Europe, so we notice good hospitality. The staff here made the resort feel like family, with kindness, personality, and attention to every little detail. They handled everything you’d expect and then went further to make the visit special. This is such a good model for how to run a place. We’ll be back. Thank you.

The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re nicely put together and have enough space. We loved the lake setting, with the docks, beaches, water views, and sunsets right there. The facilities are beautiful, and the service was top notch. Valet, bell service, and check-in were all handled by friendly, professional staff.
