I had a work convention in one of the larger conference rooms, with breakfast and lunch provided, and the whole event went smoothly. The staff were great from the start, especially at the front desk, and my room was very clean. There are also nearby restaurants and bars that were up to par. I'd recommend the hotel.

I've spent most of 2026 here while waiting for my new place to be ready. The staff have all been kind and effect. Breakfast is nice, and I prefer the hash browns to the breakfast potatoes. Jory B, the night auditor, is especially nice and competent. There's lots of cool stuff and food nearby, and I'd recommend this hotel over the others in Lenexa.

For my business stay, I had a budget and needed to pay part of the bill separately. For the first time in four years of doing that, I was charged the taxes twice. There also isn't a business center anymore, apparently since the new GM took over, and now parking costs money even though it never did before. Why add a parking charge, and why remove the business center? I asked what Globalist perks this location offered: free parking, which would've saved me TWO DOLLARS, late checkout, and either two small waters or one large one, which all Hyatt tiers get anyway. There were no free drinks or upgrades, so the perks were the same as for every other Hyatt tier. I worked hard and paid a lot for this status. I'll take my Globalist business elsewhere.

They were able to take my reservation at short notice when we were displaced for two days, and they accommodated my two animals too. I was in a pinch, so I'm really grateful. The staff were amazing and the breakfast was great. Thank you so much.

The place was clean, comfortable, and attractive, with almost everything I'd want in a hotel. Breakfast was better than average, especially the fruit selection. I just missed having chocolate chips for the oatmeal. : D
