I used the hand towels to clean up spilled hot chocolate and frosting on a sheet, and at checkout they wanted to take my $50 deposit over it, saying the sheet couldn't be cleaned. In the end they charged me $25 for dirty hand towels. I also had to ask for towels on my second day because there was no housekeeping. The room was large and the stay had been great until checkout. This used to be my favorite place, but now I'll think twice before coming back. The Best Western across the street may become my new spot.

We chose a small room with one full bed, and it was perfectly adequate. It was also the best price around. The staff were very friendly at check-in and shared useful information about the community. The refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning all worked well. It's close to the highway, restaurants, a grocery store, and a cute deli.

We found this place while traveling from ID and decided to skip Reno and give it a try. The owners were nice and eager to welcome guests. Our room seemed recently updated and was clean, with a decent-sized refrigerator and a small microwave. The two beds were arranged in an unusual way that made them feel like separate rooms, without costing extra. There are several places to eat within walking distance, a nice little porch for bringing food back to, and gas nearby. It seems like a solid stop on our frequent trips to CA. Keep it up, and we'll be back often 🤗

There's a Steakhous sharing the parking lot, and it's extremely popular. The staff were kind and accommodating, and I'll come back when I'm in the area. The rooms have been remodeled and look very nice, with the sort of amenities you get at higher-priced chain motels. The carpet, bed, and bathroom were all new and fresh. The non-smoking rooms were genuinely non-smoking and very clean.
