Clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable, Siesta Motel gave me a pleasant siesta. The shower was probably the best motel shower I’ve ever had: plenty of heat and good pressure, with a full head of water. None of that weak, mineral-clogged showerhead or turned-down-hot-water situation you get at places like the Super 6 or National 9. The soft towels were the finishing touch. After spending a wintry night on Lookout Pass in a Uhaul truck, I was especially excited about that shower. Just remember to put the curtain inside the bathtub when you turn it on. They’ve even put up little plaques about it, and really, it works just like the one at home!

The price was hard to beat, even though it left me an hour from where I needed to be. The room matched the pictures and was very clean and neat, and the staff were wonderful. For the price, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area.
Even though I arrived very late and had to park on the street, I felt safe. The parking lot and entrances were well lit. Check-in and checkout were easier than at any hotel I’ve stayed in, and the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower stayed warm the whole time. I only dealt with the employees by text, but they were prompt, professional, and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.
They quickly got back to me and helped when I needed to change my reservation date. The room was cozy and clean, with a mini fridge, and the beds smelled fresh. I liked that the sheets weren’t the stiff, starchy white kind some places use. The Wi-Fi on the second floor could use improvement. YouTube buffered a lot while I tried to watch before bed, though it did work. All in all, a positive stay.
We stayed three nights during WSU move-in weekend and had zero complaints. It was exceptionally clean and affordable, and I’d absolutely stay again. Parking is a little limited, but street parking is available, so it wasn’t a problem. Eddy’s Chinese food across the street was convenient for a quick dinner.
