I’m really upset and disappointed that my $50 deposit never came back, even though staff promised me several times that it would. I trusted what they said, and the whole thing feels unfair and misleading. I don’t understand why customers should be treated like this. I won’t return, and I’ll tell others what happened. Keeping guests’ deposits after promising to return them is unacceptable.

The breakfast was pretty skimpy. If you’re expecting even basic scrambled eggs, I wouldn’t pick this place. The staff also came across as unfriendly to me. We were there for two nights, and housekeeping never came by. That wasn’t a huge issue by itself, since I could ask for fresh towels. But the front desk told me to bring the used ones down in a garbage bag. I brought two sets of the things from our room and was given just one towel and one washcloth, with instructions to call room service the next day if I needed more. There wasn’t a room service number on the phone, so later I asked a worker with a cart if I could swap a dirty towel. He seemed bothered that I mentioned we hadn’t had housekeeping, blamed the front desk, and insisted I tell them I’d had to ask him for a towel. We were leaving after my husband showered, so I let it go.

The fitness room was decent, with free weights and a couple of cardio machines, and there were laundry and vending machines too. My room was clean, and I liked having breakfast included each day. It was a comfortable, convenient place near the airport, and I was satisfied with the stay.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was comfortable and nicely set up, and there are several restaurants close by. The hotel is also conveniently near the airport. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were exceptionally polite.
