The other guy at the desk was great, and his customer service was WAY better. I can’t remember his name. The place itself isn’t bad to stay in, but Lidet at the front is extremely rude and talks to customers with a terrible attitude. I’ve asked her questions several times and she acts like I’m a burden, barely making eye contact. When I asked about the rewards program, she said I had to go online and that she didn’t have to explain it. Other guests have complained about how she treats them at check-in too. This has happened more than once, and it’s unacceptable. She shouldn’t speak to customers that way, or should work somewhere else.

After the heater in my room stopped working, I asked the front desk to move me. They refused and instead told me how to fix it. I followed their directions exactly, but it still didn’t work, and the staff member couldn’t fix it either when she came to check. When I asked again about changing rooms, she yelled at me and slammed the door on her way out. That was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. No guest should be treated like that. I had a terrible stay and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place is decent overall, but the front desk lady acts like she doesn’t want to do her job. I tried to extend my room and spend more money there, but she wouldn’t help and said I’d have to wait until the next day for a manager. It felt like she just wanted to sit on her phone. People travel in and pay hundreds for these rooms, so that’s upsetting and makes you want to stay elsewhere. I also asked if they had menus for local food spots. She said no, then I turned around to leave and saw a couple of menus. I really think she dislikes her job and should find something she enjoys.

The room was dirty, smelled of cigarette smoke, and had roaches crawling over the tabletops and walls. We were from out of town, and this was a Saturday, so waiting until Monday to speak with the manager wasn’t an option. She hung up, refused to refund us even after I showed her video of the roaches, and the front desk told me the hotel was full and we had to stay in that room. I said I wouldn’t stay there any longer and asked for my money back, since I’d paid in good faith. My son has asthma, and roaches and their droppings are a health hazard for him. The front desk worker turned away, sat down, crossed her legs, and ignored me. As we gathered our things to leave, I saw her booking other people into rooms. The staff were rude throughout the whole ordeal.
