Red Roof Inn PLUS+ & Suites Atlanta Airport South

The airport shuttle takes you straight to the airport, and from ATL you can use MARTA to get around the metro area. The location is great, right by the HUGE Picadilly, with gas stations, takeout, smoke shops, local businesses, and other hotels within walking distance. Service was great, the accommodations were handicap accessible, and the place felt culturally sensitive, diverse, and open to everyone. A great spot to network 😎😉. The shuttle ain’t raggedy!

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. There were bugs and all kinds of nastiness, and they actually gave us a key to a room that was occupied, so we walked in on another couple. If it hadn’t been storming and the other hotels sold out, we would have kept going. Tear it down and start over. I’d give it negative stars if I could.

Some customers weren’t good, but the manager and employees were helpful, and a few even took initiative. The staff and grounds were excellent.

People were constantly coming and going outside the lobby, and a few homeless folks were roaming around and blocking the entrance doors. Inside, the towels had hair all over them and the bedding was stained. It smelled like weed everywhere, including my room, even though we don’t smoke. I could hear people in the bathroom above me through the vents. One of the most disgusting hotel stays I’ve had. Avoid it.
