We had a really enjoyable stay and are hoping to return soon. The food and drinks were delicious, and the golf cart and bikes made it fun to explore the area. Jodie and John were attentive, personable, and very accommodating. The property itself was beautiful, comfortable, and super clean. This is hands down the best place to stay in Colonial Beach.

Jodie treated us like queens and made our stay feel so special. It was my mother’s birthday, and she baked cupcakes and gave my mothers a beautiful gift. The B&B is stunning, and the beds were peaceful and so comfortable. We loved staying here and will be back. We really hit the jackpot with this place!

Jodie’s breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The house is lovely and nicely decorated, and the location puts you just a few steps from the water and anywhere you might want to walk. Jodie and John are attentive and accommodating, making sure you feel welcome and comfortable. Dennison Street Inn is the best Bed and Breakfast I’ve stayed at. It’s a wonderful house with wonderful hosts, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place that meets their needs.

The bed and linens were a dream, and our room was beautifully put together, just right for resting and recharging. Jodie made us feel at ease as soon as we walked into her lovely home, like we’d known her for ages. We were there for a quick girls’ getaway on a rainy weekend, but her wonderful hospitality more than made up for the weather. Breakfast and the other treats she prepared were fresh and delicious. I wasn’t disappointed at all, and I’m looking forward to staying again.

Jodie really cares about the experience she gives her guests, and her attention to detail is amazing. The B&B is clean and friendly, with fabulous food and more amenities than you’d expect. It’s also a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!
