Best Western Plus Peak Vista Inn & Suites

The dog-friendly setup was a real plus for me. There's a nice grassy area that made taking my dog out easy. Our room was clean and comfortable, a good place to unwind after exploring Colorado Springs, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. The staff were welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived, which made the stay feel special. I never write reviews, but this place deserved one. I had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Rose is wonderful and should be assistant manager. I've stayed with my grandkids and have been a member for years, and I've never been happier here. The rooms are clean, the price is good, and breakfast is excellent. It's been a totally great experience. Keep Rose and don't change things. I'll always stay here.

The central location and good views were a plus, and we had a great time in the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was great too. For the lower price, the quality was a pleasant surprise. The gym is very small and limited, but with a bit of creativity, it worked for a workout.

We ended up staying five unexpected days while our dog was in the ICU with pneumonia not far away. We live almost two hours from the area, and this location made it easy to go back and forth without a long drive. The staff made extending our stay each day simple. Everyone was so friendly, from the front desk crew who cared about our pup and were incredibly helpful, to the breakfast workers who kept the bar clean and stocked, to the cleaners. They made a hard situation feel a little lighter. Our first-floor room made it easy for our exhausted dog to get outside once he could join us. There's a good-sized dog area right out front, large for a city hotel, with bags and a trash can provided. Please clean up after your pet. It's also well lit for late-night potty breaks. We ate breakfast on three of the five days. There was something for everyone each morning: make-your-own waffles, yogurt, muffins and little pastries, toast and English muffins, and eggs. The biscuits and gravy and sausage were pretty good on two mornings, and the corned beef hash wasn't bad either. Cold cucumber lemon water was always available in the lobby. The hot tub was much-needed relief after days at the vet offices, and the pool and hot tubs at Best Western are always the best. The hotel stayed quiet, and we barely heard other guests in the room or lobby. The shower pressure was great, the bathroom and room were very clean, and the standard mini fridge and microwave were there. Every lamp had plugs, so there was no shortage of outlets. Someone was shampooing the hall carpets while we were there, and they really seem to care about cleanliness. I can't thank the staff enough for being so accommodating.
