Traffic noise from motorcycles revving by is constant, and the hotel’s too close to the highway. There’s yelling around the lot, guest service is rude, and the housekeeping policy is bullshit. If people have to do housekeeping 1-3 times a week, give them more than two minutes to get their animals out of the room. The front desk is also incredibly rude when they do answer the phone. The fridge freezes everything it touches, and I’m honestly afraid of what maintenance might mess up. Apparently this place becomes apartments after we leave, so maybe this review is pointless.

The rooms are large, clean, and nice, and housekeeping does an outstanding job. It’s not the Marriott, but for the price and the kitchenette, everything is great. The hotel is also within walking distance of Walmart, about eight minutes away. It’s open 6am-11pm, not 24 hours, but it’s a huge resource. I’m handicapped, and the property accommodated my disability very well. Maria the GM was incredibly helpful, and her hospitality background shows. Rama at the front desk is an excellent asset with great customer service, and Alvaro is outstanding at the front desk too. Overnight auditor Jordyn was very pleasant. Thank you so much.

The building looks weathered from outside, but inside it’s clean and well kept. Our mountain-facing room was spectacular and a decent size for the price. Rama at the front desk was wonderful during check-in and checkout.

I will never go back. There were bed bugs in room 328, and they kept my $75 deposit for towels I’d used on the dirty bathroom floor. For days I got the runaround about the deposit, and they wouldn’t even give me the manager’s name.
