The room felt new and clean, with hardwood-style floors instead of carpet, a spacious modern bathroom, and a fresh smell when I walked in. The kitchen setup includes a full-size fridge, microwave, sink, and hot plate, plus a desk and flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi was free and worked well. Double doors provide an extra security step before reaching the rooms. I didn't see an iron or ironing board, though. The hotel is roughly 30 minutes from Fort Carson, and the new condition of the property shows. It's a practical, no-frills place for business or a short visit near Colorado Springs, rather than a full-service Marriott or Hilton. Staff were welcoming and explained the arrangements clearly. Check-in begins at 3 PM and checkout is at 11 AM. The desk is open from 8 AM to 10 PM, not around the clock. You'll also need a physical ID, since virtual IDs aren't accepted. A solid affordable option if you need somewhere near Fort Carson.

There was too much noise at night to get any rest, from other guests and from pets that barked all night. The hotel may be new, but some facilities already show wear, and the place wasn't very clean. Service was poor too. I wouldn't recommend it or stay here again.

The location was the main thing for me. Walmart is across the street, auto parts stores share the lot, and Powers is right nearby for commuting. Rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. It's pet friendly, with a good-sized open area behind the hotel for walking a dog. From what I found, it was much cheaper than an ABNB or other extended-stay places, so good value.

The room looked nice and clean, but the heat and AC barely worked. I suspect the staff controls them. There are cameras everywhere, running 24/7. The WiFi was terrible and I couldn't get the TV working at all. They also charge extra for fresh towels and/or housekeeping. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Our room's air unit wasn't working when we arrived, but Nicolle and the night maintenance person tried everything they could before we had to switch rooms. The manager went above and beyond for my family of three, and everyone has been kind and focused on making sure we're happy. We were dealing with a problem where we were staying before, and this hotel really helped us out. My family feels safe and welcome here. Thanks, EchoSuites, for making this one of the best things to happen to us in quite a while. Families, stay here!
