I needed somewhere to stay ASAP while I was in a bad situation, and they took great care of me and haven’t stopped. This place feels like family, not just Extended Stay America. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else for an extended visit. Terrance, the maintenance guy, is punctual, fast, caring, and communicates well. The front desk ladies are great too. Hearing “it was my pleasure” makes you feel boogie. I just want to thank them for looking after my wife and me.

Chelle greeted me with a smile at the front desk and got me settled in without any trouble. My room was as described, very clean and welcoming, with a little kitchen that suited my needs and a comfortable bed with nice sheets. I couldn’t work out the TV, so Denise, the general manager, asked Mr. Terrance to help. He had it sorted in minutes. It was set up to stream from another device, but I’m “old school” and just wanted to turn it on and watch my shows. Mr. Terrance handled that easily and with a smile. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. It makes a real difference. I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay in Colorado Springs. You’ll be in good hands here.
We’ve been here a couple of months, my kids, me, and one small dog. This is our first time staying in any kind of extended-stay place, and it’s been a great experience. The staff are kind and quick to help. I’ve had exactly two issues, and both were fixed in under ten minutes. They never make you feel like you’re a bother for asking for something or having a question. One problem was my own fault, and several employees have helped me, my kids, or the dog without hesitation. Denise, who I believe is the GM, seems ready for anything. I’ve seen her at the desk, celebrating another employee’s win, filling in for housekeeping and cleaning rooms, talking with parents about kid stuff, and helping whoever asks, whatever else is going on. Whitney, Michelle, Terrance, and a few others whose names I can’t remember have all been kind and reassuring when something comes up. We’ve stayed at other hotels for various reasons, but the care and comfort here feel unique. The staff treat everyone well, no matter who they are or how they present. I truly recommend this place whether you’re traveling for a week or staying for months. To the employees reading this, your boss praises you every day, and so do this guest, her kids, and the doggo.
I’ve been at this Extended Stay America select sweets location in Colorado Springs for about six months, while between apartments. The high cost of getting into an apartment led me to ESA, and for a small weekly fee I can keep my cat Mavis with me. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with small but functional and convenient kitchenettes. It’s a convenient location, the staff are professional and friendly, and the room charge gets cheaper over time for longer stays. This place has been a godsend, and I’d recommend it for a night or a longer visit for work or life circumstances. UPDATE: January 30, 2026. I want to recognize General Manager Denise and her staff at Extended Stay America in Colorado Springs, at 555 Airport Creek Point, Colorado Springs, CO 80916. Terrance and Whitney helped me today. Whitney is Denise’s “right-hand woman,” taking care of guests at the desk, while Terrance handles daily maintenance and mechanical issues. Their dedication and service are exemplary. Michelle, Niki, Terry, Vicky, Sonia, and Madi deserve praise too. They all rock. - JVD UPDATE: 02/05/26. Guest safety comes first at this location, led by General Manager Denise Galvez. While I was paying my weekly rent, another guest was leaving and said something I didn’t hear. Denise heard it and responded quickly and firmly. The guest took offense, and they argued. Denise was matter of fact with the offensive guest and made clear she wouldn’t take any crap from a terrible guest, stopping the situation early. I think there may already have been some kind of issue I didn’t know about. Miss Galvez apologized profusely to me for the inconvenience, I accepted, and we all got on with our day. These things happen, and I just happened to be there. Denise handled it professionally, as courteously and promptly as possible. Bravo! 👏👏👏
The people who work here are a pleasure. I’m staying for a few months, and whenever I need anything, they’re right on it. Terrence is wonderful. He’s always on the job, picking up other people’s garbage and fixing rooms after guests mess them up.
