Holden House 1902 Bed & Breakfast Inn

Heather and Kory were lovely to talk with and quick to bring us anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and filling both mornings, and we enjoyed chatting with the other guests. The neighborhood felt safe, and having parking onsite at the back was appreciated. My mom and I came for a special mother-daughter trip, our first time at a bed and breakfast. The historic property and top-notch service impressed us. We stayed in the spacious Pikes Peak Suite in the Rose Victorian House, and found it very clean and comfortable. We'd love to return and highly recommend it.

Heather deserves a special mention for waiting up for us after our flight was delayed. She was so kind, even though our late arrival meant she worked an extra-long day. Breakfast was great, and it was nice meeting the other guests at the B&B. We were in town for a wedding over a long weekend, and Holden House was comfortable, accommodating, and perfectly located. We highly recommend staying here if you're in Colorado Springs. They'll treat you right.

We stayed at Holden House 1902 from May 29-June 3 in the immaculate Pikes Peak Suite. Its balcony looked over a lovely neighborhood on Pikes Peak Avenue. Right from arrival, it was clear that Sallie made her guests' welcoming comfort her priority. Brooke, Heather, Kory, and Robin greeted us each morning and afternoon. They were cheerful and attentive, and we arrived as guests but felt like we left as friends. Thank you all for such a wonderful stay. We miss you already and hope to return soon. We loved our first two-night stay at Holden House so much that I've already booked a return visit. The main house, rooms, and grounds are thoughtfully arranged, beautifully decorated, and welcoming. The innkeepers served wonderful food with so much warmth and ambiance. I felt pampered, like I was home with family. Restful and lovely!
