The hotel was much cleaner than we expected, but it was the three women at the front desk working Nov 14-16 who made this stay. Their service, from check-in right through checkout, matched what we've had at some five-star hotels, and even surpassed a few. They made us feel welcome the whole time. On checkout day, we were waiting in the lobby for our ride when my son needed the bathroom. The front desk woman had seen a clearly sick guest leave the men's restroom. She discreetly warned me and suggested my wife take our son to the women's restroom instead, so he wouldn't be exposed to whatever the guest had. My wife and I kept talking about that thoughtful bit of service long afterward. Thank you! This is now our go-to hotel when we visit the springs. Sorry, prestigious five-star hotels, this so-called two- or three-star place beat you by a mile. Also, Walmart and Sam's Club are a two-minute walk away, so you won't go hungry on a budget.

Aoraya made our stay memorable and stress-free with her warm manner, professionalism, and genuine care. She was attentive and helpful throughout, making sure every detail was right, and even helped with the tomato ketchup. Her support went well beyond what we expected. Thank you, Aoraya, for such outstanding service!

I've spent around 250 days a year in IHG hotels for six years, and I'll remember this place. The staff are amazing, professional, and respectful in every interaction, and they handle everything well. That alone is worth five stars. Thanks for the good work you all do.

Getting around was easy from this spot at the far south end of CS, right by I-25. Garden of the Gods and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo were about a 20-minute drive away. We stayed over Christmas for a week and had a great time. Aira at the front desk and the maintenance supervisor were especially kind, helpful, and welcoming.

There are plenty of nearby places like Walmart, MOD Pizza, and Starbucks, and I found the location convenient. Breakfast was good, and the woman running it did a great job. The indoor pool was available, though the hot tub wasn't working, and the fitness room is small. One thing to know: shampoo, conditioner, and lotion come from shared refill containers in the shower rather than individual bottles.
