Quality Inn and Suites Garden of the Gods

We had a good stay, and the place serves its purpose if you’re just traveling through. For a vacation, I’d expect better internet and breakfast, though I have no other complaints about the property. I wouldn’t mind staying again. The views around the hotel and its location were very nice, with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean, spacious, and hygienic. Despite the busy area, it was quiet. The Wi-Fi was very weak for most of our stay, and we had to sign in repeatedly. Breakfast was limited to bread, cereal, milk, and fruit, with no protein, not even eggs or potatoes. At the price we paid, I wasn’t expecting a big spread, but some protein would have been reasonable.

The price is hard to beat, and the staff have always helped make our getaways easy. My wife and I have been here three times over the past two years, and each stay has gone smoothly. The rooms are clean, the service has been reliable, and the location puts just about everything in COS nearby.

I left without staying and still haven't gotten my money back after nearly five calls. I booked online, then called Choice, the place where I booked, to ask about bringing my ESA dogs. They told me to bring the letter. At the hotel, Corrina was curt and unapologetic about charging almost twice as much for the dogs. I know they're not service dogs, but I would've canceled if that had been made clear on the phone. I wish I'd checked the online reviews about the service and refund difficulties first. My experience seems to be typical. Save your time and money, don't book here.

Being near the freeway made getting around convenient, and I'd gladly stay here again. The suite worked well for our group of six, especially with two bathrooms. We slept comfortably, and breakfast had a decent mix of hot and cold food. I was particularly glad to see herbal tea.
